Eggs and Avocado Breakfast

Eggs and avocado are two of the most nutrient-dense foods on earth. Combine them in this breakfast for a powerful way to begin the day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 organic eggs – any style (cage-free)
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 2 slices turkey bacon cooked
  • Optional: any vegetables (spinach, tomatoes, etc)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix together eggs, avocado, and any other vegetables.
  • Cook together with bacon.
