Green Beans with Crushed Walnuts
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cup green beans fresh or frozen
- ½ cup crushed walnuts
- ½ tsp fresh grated nutmeg (see hint below)
- 2 tbsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt butter in a non-toxic pan (no aluminum or teflon).
- Add beans, walnuts and nutmeg.
- Saute until desired doneness.
